Who submits
The result is submitted by the captain or manager of either team, with the Submit result button in the match room.
What to enter
- For every map played: the rounds of both teams and the map winner.
- A screenshot of the scoreboard — without it the result cannot be sent.
- Optionally a comment.
Only enter maps that were played. The result must decide the match — in a Bo3 someone must have two map wins.
What happens next
The other team gets a notification and has two buttons:
- Confirm — the result is confirmed and the bracket updates itself;
- Dispute — with a required reason; the match goes into dispute and waits for the referee.
If the other team does not react in time, the result is confirmed automatically. By default this is 15 minutes, with a reminder 5 minutes before the end.
A mistake in the submitted result
While the result is waiting for the opponent's reaction, it can be submitted again — the correction replaces the previous result, which stays in the thread. An uploaded screenshot cannot be replaced or deleted.
Once confirmed, the result can only be corrected by the staff, with a reason. Write to the Tournaments and refereeing desk on the contact page and give the match ID.

The match goes into dispute by itself and waits for the referee. Neither of the submitted results will be confirmed automatically. More: Result disputes.
