Fair play: cheats, multiple accounts and account security

One account per person

Each game ID (SteamID, Riot ID, etc.) can be assigned to only one PlayZeek account. An attempt to link an ID that another account already has goes to the safety desk. Playing on someone else's account or sharing your own breaks the rules.

Account uniqueness

Your passport shows your account's uniqueness level: low, medium or high. Only the account owner and PlayZeek staff (support, administrators) can see it — other players cannot; only the verification badge is public. The level goes up with, among others, an automatically linked account (Steam or Discord), a Steam account with a long history and IDs that do not appear on any other account.

Cheats and match fixing

Software that gives an advantage, fixing a result with the opponent and swapping a player during a match end in a penalty — up to a permanent ban. When you link Steam, the platform checks for VAC and Game Bans.

How to report a suspicion

During a match, call the referee and add evidence to the Protest log. After the match, write to the Abuse and safety desk on the contact page — with the match ID, nicknames and evidence (demo, recording).

Protect your account

  • Turn on two-factor authentication.
  • PlayZeek never asks for your password or 2FA code in a message.
  • Do not click links to “claim a prize” or “verify your account” outside PlayZeek.
  • Never send anyone the connect command for a match server.
