Who runs them
Community tournaments are created and run by players. They use the same sign-up, check-in and match rooms as official tournaments, but:
- PlayZeek does not referee them — there is no referee call and no result dispute;
- the organizer enters the results, and they are final;
- PlayZeek does not handle prizes — a prize is the organizer's description, settled outside the platform;
- there is no entry fee collected by the platform.
Result corrections
The organizer can fix a mistake as long as the winner's next match has no result and has not started. Every correction stays in the match room as a notice with the old and new result and the time. After that point, only the platform staff can change the result.
“Organizer is playing”
If the organizer plays in their own tournament, an Organizer is playing badge is shown on the list, on the tournament page and in the match room. The system sets it — the organizer cannot hide it. It is information, not a ban.
Organizer reputation
Next to the organizer you can see the number of finished tournaments, their percentage and the participants' average rating. The average appears from 3 ratings. The Trusted organizers only filter shows organizers with at least 3 finished tournaments.
After the final, anyone who played in one of the tournament's matches can give a rating from 1 to 5 — once, within 14 days.
Something is wrong
If an organizer runs a tournament unfairly, click Report tournament on its page. The platform moderators review the case and can take the tournament down. A tournament with no result for more than 7 days is marked as unfinished.
