Who can
- an account older than 7 days;
- a confirmed email address;
- no active penalty in the “Portal” or “Tournaments” scope;
- below the limit of tournaments run at once: 2 for an organizer with no finished tournament, 5 for everyone else.
When something is missing, the wizard tells you exactly what.
The wizard
Go to the new tournament page. Three steps:
- Basics — name, game, description, optionally a Discord link.
- Format and slots — bracket format, mode, number of slots.
- Registration and publishing — registration and check-in times, preview before publishing.
The draft is saved after every step, so you can come back and finish later.
Good practice
- Discord links only in the form
https://discord.gg/…orhttps://discord.com/invite/…. - The description is plain text — links in it are not clickable.
- Enter results as you go — a tournament with no result for 7 days is marked as unfinished, and the percentage of finished tournaments is the key number in an organizer's reputation.
- Describe prizes clearly and settle them directly with the participants — the platform does not handle this.
- Playing in your own tournament? Participants will see the Organizer is playing badge — that is fine, but enter results with extra care.
