The contact form, desks and response times

How to write to us

Go to the contact page, choose a desk, describe the issue and attach files — screenshots, recordings, demos (up to 4 files; send a longer recording as a link in the description). You will get a ticket number in the form PZ-2026-000123. Tickets sent while logged in are under My tickets.

A specific description saves one round of messages: what happened, when, which match it concerns (match ID, e.g. M14) and what you expect.

Desks and response times

  • Tournaments and refereeing — within 2 h during a tournament, otherwise within 24 h.
  • Abuse and safety — within 12 h.
  • Account and player passport — within 24 h.
  • Prizes and payments — within 3 business days.
  • Partnerships and advertising — within 2 business days.
  • Media and press — within 2 business days.
  • Personal data (GDPR) — within 30 days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays. The current response time is always shown next to each desk on the contact page.

Without an account

Without logging in you can write to Account and player passport, Partnerships and advertising, Media and press and Personal data (GDPR). The other desks deal with a specific account, tournament or penalty, so they require logging in. The ticket number and a link to the thread arrive by email; if you lose the link, get a new one on the ticket lookup page.

When a ticket closes

A ticket waiting for your reply closes by itself after 7 days of silence. A ticket waiting for us never closes by itself. A closed thread stays available to read — if the issue comes back, send a new ticket.

Discord

The community Discord does not replace the form — formal matters are handled only through tickets.
