Official tournaments
Official tournaments are free: the operator does not charge an entry fee and there is no pool from contributions. Introducing an entry fee would first require a change to the Official tournament rules (§ 6), announced in advance — like any change to the rules.
Since you pay nothing, there is nothing to refund. If someone asks for a payment “to take part in a PlayZeek tournament”, the request does not come from us — report it.
Community tournaments
Community tournaments have no entry fee collected by the platform. A “pool from contributions” is the organizer's description, and the money moves outside PlayZeek — at the participants' and organizer's own responsibility.
