Invitation by nickname
The captain or manager enters the player's nickname and role under Manage roster. The invitation arrives as a notification and waits under Invitations for 7 days. Buttons: Join or Decline.
Invitation link
The captain or manager generates a link — it works for 48 hours and at most 3 times. A team has one active link at a time. Only send it to people who should join.
Join request
On the team page, click Apply to join and write a few words to the captain. You can have up to 5 open requests at a time.
When joining fails
- No free place in that role — the captain has to free a slot or change the role.
- Roster frozen — the team is playing in a running tournament; see When the roster cannot be changed.
- Invitation expired — ask for a new one.
